Version 1.0 · effective 2026-07-26
These terms govern your use of ESC Wallet (the “Service”), a custodial wallet for BNB Smart Chain operated by the operator of this deployment (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
The Service holds BNB and supported coins on your behalf, records your balance, and lets you buy coins the operator offers for sale. It is custodial: we control the private keys to every address the Service uses, including the deposit address shown to you. You do not receive a private key, a seed phrase, or any other means of moving funds without us.
The Service is not a bank, an exchange, a broker, or a licensed financial institution. Balances are not deposits and are not insured or guaranteed by any government scheme.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where operating or using this Service requires a licence we do not hold — including the United States, Japan, and Korea. You confirm this at sign-up.
We do not currently perform identity verification. Your confirmation is the only check. Providing a false confirmation is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being frozen and funds being withheld pending resolution.
You are responsible for the security of your email account and password. Anyone who controls your email can reset your password and confirm a withdrawal, so the security of your mailbox is the security of your funds. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account.
Each account is assigned a personal deposit address on BNB Smart Chain. Send only BNB or a coin the Service lists as accepted, and only on BNB Smart Chain. Assets sent on another network, or tokens the Service does not list, are not credited and can only be recovered by a manual operation we are not obliged to perform.
A deposit is credited after the number of confirmations shown on the deposit screen, and only if it meets the stated minimum. Balances are recorded in whole tokens; any fraction below one whole token in a coin deposit is not credited to your balance.
If a blockchain reorganisation removes a transaction we have already credited, we will reverse that credit. If you have already spent it, the reversal may leave your balance at zero and the shortfall recorded as owed.
Withdrawals are requested in the app, confirmed by a code sent to your email, and then reviewed by an operator before being broadcast. Funds are held out of your spendable balance from the moment you request. A request you do not confirm expires and the funds are returned.
We may apply a per-account daily withdrawal limit and may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a legal obligation. Locked coins cannot be withdrawn — see the Coin Purchase Terms.
Network fees are deducted from the amount withdrawn. A blockchain transaction, once broadcast, cannot be reversed by us or by anyone.
Fees are those shown in the app at the time of the transaction. Coin prices are set by the operator and are not market prices; the BNB rate used to settle a purchase is taken from a third-party price source at the moment of the order. We may change fees and prices at any time, but not retroactively for a completed transaction.
We may freeze an account, decline a transaction, or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, or a legal requirement. A frozen account can still sign in and see its balance but cannot deposit, buy, or withdraw. We will tell you a freeze has happened; we may not always be able to say why.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or hold anything. You decide for yourself, and you are responsible for your own tax reporting.
You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with its operation; or use it on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from market movement, from your own error (including sending to a wrong address or an unsupported network), or from your failure to keep your email and password secure.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may change these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and the version you accepted is recorded on your account. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your own country gives you a different right.
