Version 1.0 · effective 2026-07-26
These terms apply when you buy a coin in the Market. They are in addition to the Terms of Service; where the two conflict on a purchase, these apply.
You are buying a quantity of a BNB Smart Chain token that the operator offers for sale. You are not buying shares, a debt, a right to profit, a right to any dividend or distribution, or any interest in the operator’s business. Holding a coin gives you no governance right and no claim against the operator beyond the balance recorded in your account.
Each coin is sold at a fixed price in USD set by the operator. It is not a market price, it is not an exchange rate, and it does not indicate what anyone else would pay. The operator may change it at any time, and the price you pay is the one in force when your order settles.
Your order is settled in BNB. The amount of BNB taken is calculated from the coin’s USD price and a BNB/USD rate obtained from a third-party source at the moment of the order. The server strikes its own quote; a rate shown earlier on your screen is indicative only.
Every coin bought in the Market is locked in full at the moment of purchase. A locked balance is yours and is shown in your account, but it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or sold until it is released.
Coins that arrive in your account by deposit from outside the Service are credited unlocked. The operator may apply a lockup to an unlocked balance afterwards.
Release is at the operator’s discretion. Where a release schedule has been registered on your account, tranches are released automatically on their dates; the operator may also release earlier, release manually, or postpone a scheduled tranche. A schedule is a plan, not a promise, and dates may move.
If no schedule has been registered, your coins remain locked until the operator releases them, with no fixed date. You are notified when a release happens and when a schedule changes.
A completed purchase cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. Check the amount and the cost on the review screen before confirming. If your balance is insufficient the order fails and no coins or BNB move.
The operator does not buy coins back, does not operate a secondary market, and does not undertake to have the coin listed on any exchange. There may be no way to sell what you buy. Any future listing, market, or price is not promised by these terms and must not be assumed.
Balances are recorded in whole tokens. Orders are placed in whole tokens, and a fraction below one whole token in a deposit is not credited.
Buying a coin is speculative and you may lose the entire amount you pay. The price set by the operator does not establish value. A locked balance may stay locked indefinitely, and during that time you cannot exit no matter what happens to the price or to the operator. Do not buy with money you cannot afford to lose.
You are responsible for determining and paying any tax arising from a purchase, a release, or a withdrawal, and for any reporting your jurisdiction requires.
These terms may change. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. A change does not alter the price, quantity, or lockup status of a purchase already completed.
